Coaching is Nebraska's chosen professional development to support the implementation of the evidence based practices used in early intervention to promote positive child and family outcomes.  The practices used by providers and services coordinators are the Routines-Based Interview (RBI) and the Getting Ready Approach to Quality Home Visits (GRHV).  As local Planning Region Teams (PRTs) become trained and approved in these practices, each region should identify one or more internal coaches who are supported by their PRT leadership team to ensure ongoing fidelity of implementation.  The RBEI coach training is intended to prepare these "internal" or local coach(es) to use evidence based coaching strategies for this work.

Coaches who attend must first have achieved initial approval in both the RBI and GRHV.  Attendance in the RBEI Coach Training is required and appropriate for participants who have been identified by their PRT as a coach for RBI, GRHV, or both.  When registering, please identify which type or types of coach you will be:  RBI, GRHV provider, or GRHV services coordinator.

PRT funds can be used to support travel, food, and lodging.

Registration deadline is February 16.
