Giving Feedback
The “Giving Feedback” clips were originally presented as part of the RBI Training of Trainers event held in Kearney July 2014 to help participants learn how to give feedback that is objective, specific and based on the RBI implementation checklist. The intent of this posting is to provide technical assistance to RBI trainers, coaches, and individual team members about how to provide feedback during training, practice, and fidelity checks. The original RBI clips that the participants watched prior to giving the feedback are not included in this link, as the focus is on how to provide the feedback about RBI implementation.
