The Nebraska Early Development Network is sponsoring two engaging virtual trainings designed to support professionals working with young children and families across Nebraska. These sessions are ideal for EDN Services Coordinators, Early Intervention and Special Education Providers, Early Childhood Educators, Head Start/Early Head Start, Sixpence, Home Visitors, and other early childhood professionals.

These sessions are offered free of charge and will be held via Zoom.

Boundaries

This interactive 1.5-hour training focuses on understanding and maintaining healthy professional boundaries when working with families. Participants will explore real-life scenarios, reflect on their own practices, and learn strategies to support respectful and effective relationships.

Engaging Families & Discussing Sensitive Subjects

This 3.5-hour training provides practical tools and guidance for building strong partnerships with families and approaching sensitive topics with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Participants will learn communication strategies to support meaningful conversations and strengthen family engagement.
